At HIGH-END, each piece is crafted with intention and care. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we maintain a strict final sale policy.


All Sales Final

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on any orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.

  • This policy helps us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our limited production pieces.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at highendstudios368@gmail.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will review your case, and if approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

  • HIGH-END does not tolerate false chargebacks or fraudulent claims.

  • Any such attempts may result in being permanently banned from future purchases and may be pursued legally.


Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order sales are also final. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Please allow 15–24 days after the pre-order window closes for your pre-order to be processed and shipped.
