All Sales Final

No returns or refunds are accepted on any orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged.

This policy helps us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our limited production pieces.
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at highendstudios368@gmail.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your case, and if approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

HIGH-END does not tolerate false chargebacks or fraudulent claims.

Any such attempts may result in being permanently banned from future purchases and may be pursued legally.
Pre-Orders

Pre-order sales are also final. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please allow 15–24 days after the pre-order window closes for your pre-order to be processed and shipped.
