Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days once payment is confirmed.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order pieces are crafted exclusively for our clients. Please allow 15–24 days after the pre-order window closes for production and delivery. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times depend on your region and are calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the client.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
Fraudulent or false chargebacks will result in permanent removal from future HIGH-END purchases.

Responsibility
We are not liable for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. For damaged deliveries, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos.
