  • Colors and images of our products are displayed as accurately as possible, but HIGH-END cannot guarantee exact color representation on your device.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless otherwise stated.

  • Fraudulent transactions, false chargebacks, or payment disputes will result in permanent bans from future purchases and may be pursued legally.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times are 1–4 business days once payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-order items require 15–24 days after the pre-order window closes before shipment. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise specified.

  • HIGH-END is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. For damaged deliveries, customers must contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • International clients are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
